We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation).

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for sending the item back. Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items are non-returnable:
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return it, and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must still meet the return conditions: unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
- Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at forlag@belugabooks.dk.
